Terms And Conditions
Conditions of Use All orders are subject to our full terms and conditions of sale. These terms and conditions should be read prior to placing any orders. Orders All prices will be quoted on this website at the current price on the day of ordering excluding VAT at the current rate. Validity of Quotation No purported variation of these terms shall constitute a contract unless accepted in writing by Micro-Chef. Micro-Chef reserves the right to refuse any order including subsequent to sending of an acknowledgment email. Delivery There is no charge to the customer for orders in excess of £50.00. Delivery dates are given in good faith. No liability will be attached to Micro-Chef if delivery periods or dates are not met for any reason whatsoever. Force Majeure Micro-Chef shall not be liable to the customer or deemed to be in breach of any contact with the customer, by any reason of delay in performing or any failure to perform, any of Micro-Chefs obligations to the goods. If the delay or failure was due to force majeure or any other cause beyond Micro-Chefs control. Applicable Law These conditions shall be governed by and constituted in accordance with English Law and the parties acknowledge the exclusion jurisdiction of the English Courts. Warranty Information All of Micro-Chefs products carry a 12 month parts and labour warranty. Some items may carry an extended warranty of which you will be advised at the time of ordering. Goods which have been ordered or delivered incorrectly will be accepted for return with prior approval from Micro-Chef. A return reference no will be given for the returned item. Returned goods will only be accepted if they are appropriately packed in the original packing, together with instruction manuals and have not been used. Micro-Chef will charge a restocking fee of 25% on all goods returned. The customer is responsible for returning all goods and ensuring that they are packed suitably and for obtaining proof of delivery and receipt. The cost of returning the goods to Micro-Chef shall be the responsibility of the customer. Claims for damaged goods on delivery must be notified within 24 hours by telephone and by email within 48 hours stating the damages and defects of the items received from the carrier. Micro-chef shall be under no liability if the defect or failure, within reason from Micro-Chef, arises from willful damage or misuse, negligence by the customer or third party, failure to follow the manufacturers instructions, or alterations or repairs to the goods without prior notice from Micro-Chef. Micro-Chef will not be liable for any loss or damage including loss of profit or otherwise or any claims for compensation. Top |
